How to pay for utility expense

To pay for a utility Expense go to:-

• Main menu  and  then under Shop Management select Expenses.
• 
• From the Expenses Dashboard select Utility.

• From the Utility module tap on "+" button at the bottom right.
• Enter the details of the utility select to either Pay Now or Pay later.

Pay Now

Select the Payment method to use.

After a successful payment you get a receipt for the payment.

Pay Later

If you opted to Pay for the Utility at later date.

• From the list of utilities record select the non paid one (NB:color coded red pay later Utilities).
• Select the method of payment.
• After a successful payment the system generates a receipt for the payment.
